Industry Leaders share wisdom at the 7th convocation of SOIL, Gurgaon

New Delhi, May 07, 2016: The School of Inspired leadership, Gurgaon conducted convocation for the PGDM students on April 22nd at Chinmaya Mission, lodhi Road, New Delhi. A batch of total 98 students, were awarded their Diplomas by the Chief Guest, H.H PujyaGuruji Swami Tejomayanandji, World Wide Head, Chinmaya Mission. Mr. GV Prasad, Co-Chairman and CEO, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd, delivered the convocation address and inspired the students by sharing his journey of leadership in the industry.

Addressing the convocation Mr. Prasad said,“It’s a pleasure to be present amongst the next-gen of Inspired Business Leaders. It is an exhilarating time, as the students graduate, they are ready to enter a pool filled with numerous opportunities. Today, leadership is not just constrained to Corporates, young minds have created scaling business ideas with start-ups and need a leadership guidance to make the journey possible. The convocation was themed as ‘Inspired leadership’. The event exhibited, vibrancy and enthusiasm of students ready to take on the industry. The theme, “Inspired leadership” highlighted SOIL’s philosophy of creating better leaders for the society with Character Competence and Enthusiasm.

Speaking on the occasion Dr. KK Noharia, Chairman of the Board of SOIL said, “We are happy to see the 7th batch graduate from SOIL. SOIL has always focused on creating better leaders for the society and with the rapid developments in the industry it is important to have individuals who are compatible to the fast growth and change.”
