With this, the company becomes the first insurer in the general insurance industry to introduce a self-endorsement facility.
Customers face limitations in making any changes in policy documents after purchase, with the introduction of self-endorsement facility these limitations will be met with just a few clicks. Reliance General Insurance tapped on this opportunity post carrying out a detailed analysis on the number of customers visiting their branches or calling agents for endorsement related changes in the policy document. With its one of a kind ‘Self-Endorsement’ feature, the company now makes it possible for a number of changes to be made digitally.
Post endorsement customers can instantly take copies of the revised documents. The feature will reduce customers walking into branches or calling agents for small changes thus empowering them to make the changes anytime.
