Bangalore December 23, 2013: OCradle.com, India’s most innovative kids’ furniture brand has launched Lulla, India’s 1st Forward Motion Cradle based on an extensive study conducted by the University of Minnesota, USA that advocates the supremacy of rocking/swinging babies in a forward motion vs. in a sideways/lateral motion w.r.t. their comfortable, faster sleep.

The sideways/lateral motion of a traditional cradle is perceived as a circular motion by the brain and induces dizziness and discomfort in babies while the forward motion of Lulla is perceived as a linear motion (very similar to a baby’s own movements inside a mother’ womb) and helps them sleep faster.

Lulla, the contemporary wooden cradle design also comes loaded with meaningful accessories that makes it the ultimate cradle choice for a concerned parent: 1-inch thick mattress (and not the seemingly cozier, thicker ones crowding the market – as per ASTM standards for infant’s mattress sizes), pillow filled with mustard seeds (known to bring a baby’s head in shape) – both washable, a mosquito net and a musical toy stand.

“Lulla, the greatest cradle ever, promises a lot of values for the parent’s valet too, thanks to the tremendous multi-functional values it holds says Rahul Bhatt who founded OCradle in the early part of 2013. One could make a study table out of it by flipping it by 90 degrees or make an activity table by flipping it by 180 degrees. It has an in-built storage too. Essentially, it grows with a kid and keeps the entire family happy and contended!”

“It has gained immense popularity ever since its launch and now have found takers in specialty birthing center giants like Apollo Cradle and Narayana Health hospitals where it not just sits in the labor rooms but also is recommended to new parents by the pediatricians.

Lulla comes in two color variants: Lime Green and Barbie Pink.

In Cradle, OCradle does 2 more designs after forward motion concept named WhiteShip and Tango. While Lulla (as mentioned above) is more of a contemporary design, the former two have the goodness of ‘traditional look & feel’ attached to them.

OCradle, in its pursuit to bringing meaning and multi-functional values into a kid’s furniture, also does study tables and fun chairs for them and has been receiving phenomenal response in the market in the recent months.CCI Newswire
