New Delhi, April 06, 2018: Lex Nimble Solutions Limited became the 238th company to get listed on the BSE SME Platform, on Wednesday.
The 238 companies listed on BSE SME Platform have raised Rs 2152.84 crore from the market and the total market capitalisation of 238 companies as on April 4, 2018 is Rs 22,350.73 crore. BSE is the market leader in this segment, with a market share of 64 per cent.
According to a BSE statement, Lex Nimble Solutions Limited came out with an initial public offering of 11,12,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 Each (Equity Shares) for cash at a price of Rs 57 per Equity Share (offer price), aggregating to Rs 633.84 lakh.
The company has successfully completed its public issue on March 23, 2018.
SEBI came out with detailed guidelines on May 18, 2010 for launching of SME Exchange/Platform. BSE became the first stock exchange to get the approval from SEBI and launch its SME platform on March 13, 2012.
Lex Nimble Solutions Limited is a Hyderabad-based company, whose registered office is at Madhapur. The company is engaged in the business of Appraisal Advisory, Certification, training and related services on quality models, IT product and development and services, the major revenue streams being IT application, development, maintenance and support, corporate training and consulting.
