Hyderabad, October 12, 2023:Â Â Daggubati Rana, a film star launched TiE Young Entrepreneurs (TYE) program here in the city at D. Ramanaidu Studio in Filmnagar in the city today. TiE Young Entrepreneurs (TYE) is a programme on entrepreneurship for school students in class 9 to class 12. The 15th edition of the programme of the TiE Hyderabad Chapter was launched by actor Rana Daggubati in the presence of TiE Hyderabad President Rashida Adenwala, and programme chairs N.Venkatesh, Subba Raju Pericharla, and Sri Charan Lakkaraju.
 Rana Daggubati appreciated the initiative and congratulated TiE Hyderabad on their outstanding conduct of the TYE series, and said motivated entrepreneurs are essential in a growing economy.
Entrepreneurship education is gaining traction in schools. That is a very good sign. Cultivating entrepreneurial skills in children at an early age has several benefits, he said.
 Subba Raju said that the program would culminate with a business plan competition amongst teams formed by the students and the winning team would go to the US to compete against teams from around the world. It is an inclusive program. It will be our endeavor to see that every team has a student from a government school.
 Sri Charan mentioned that all the instruction in the 3-month program is given by TiE Charter Members who bring their vast experience to build the right foundation for the students in all aspects of building a startup.
 On the occasion, Rashida Adenwala, Chairperson of TiE Hyderabad introduced TiE as a global volunteer-driven organization fostering entrepreneurship. The Hyderabad Chapter has over 150 industry leaders as Charter Members who offer guidance and mentorship to aspiring and established entrepreneurs and provide orientation to school and college students.Â
Venkatesh explained that TYE is a transformational program that provides a new outlook to students in their formative years and sows the seeds of entrepreneurship and business acumen in their young minds. This edition of the program is unique in having a mix of private and government school students, giving all the students a rich diversity experience.
