Vijayawada, February 01 , 2016: The first International Agriculture & Dairy Fair Andhra 2016 – Agri & Dairy Tech Andhra 2016 – is being organized byKenes Exhibitions with support from Government of Andhra Pradesh at A Convention Center, Vijayawada from February 4-6, 2016. The three-day international trade fair is an opportunity for farmers to get trained and get access to integrated solutions that help improve productivity, simplify farming and the input providers showcase their new products, techniques and technologies.
Agri & Dairy Tech Andhra 2016 will try to further intensify steps being taken by Govt. of Andhra Pradesh to promote Agriculture and Dairy in the State. As over 70% of population in Andhra Pradesh live in rural areas and depend on agriculture, it plays an important role in achieving food security for the State. The growing water scarcity, degrading natural resources like land and decreasing per capita availability of land and water resources are major challenges for the State. Against this backdrop, this three-day international trade fair aims to help the farmers improve productivity by using the innovative techniques and technologies on display.

The trade fair is inviting principal scientists, professors from agriculture universities, veterinary & horticultural departments under the unique Direction Program. Dr. K Raja Reddy, Director of Extension ANGRAU will leading this program where farmers get to address their concerns and questions from the scientists & professors from agriculture universities and departments free of cost.
