Bangalore, March 20, 2016: MebelKart, India’s largest online furniture marketplace, today announced that it is extremely optimistic about the modular kitchen category that it launched in November last year. The company is witnessing a month-on-month growth of 75%, both in terms of revenue as well as volumes. The modular kitchen category is currently live in Bangalore, Chennai and Kochi. The company will be launching this category in Mumbai and Delhi by the end of this month.
The demand for modular kitchens has increased dramatically in recent times because of an increased focus on convenience, a need for effective utilization of space, lifestyle-related changes and enhanced purchasing power. At MebelKart, modular kitchens can be designed and customized based on the requirements of the consumer. A wide portfolio of offerings is present on modular kitchen section, available from Rs. 80,000 onwards.
