New Delhi, December 31, 2016: (UNI) Government has invited comments/suggestions from the members of public on the report of the Committee on Digital Payments within 15 days of hosting the Report on the website of the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance.
Finance Ministry has also clarified that decision on the report will be taken after considering the comments/suggestions received on the report.
Feedback/comments on the said report may be sent to the Coin and Currency Division of the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance at [email protected] within 15 days from the date of uploading of the said Report.
After approval of the Cabinet, the Guidelines for the promotion of payments through cards and digital means were issued on February 29, 2016. – United News of India
