Mumbai March 7, 2014 : Premier stock exchange BSE listed the 50th company on its SME platform, taking its market capitalisation to over R3,000 crore.
Surat-based SiVi Shipping Corporation became the 50th company to be listed on the BSE SME Exchange.
The IPO of SiVi Shipping was subscribed almost two times in the HNI category.
The company offered fresh issue of 27.42 lakh equity shares at a fixed price of R25 per share, including a premium of R15 per share on a face value of R10 per share, aggregating R6.85 crore. The issue constitutes 47.67% of the post issue paid-up equity share capital, closed on February 21.
