Speaking to a group of senior practitioners, Mr. Farrellannounced Caliper’s ‘next generation’ suite of assessment tools, which will be released in India simultaneously with US, Europe, Australia and the rest of Asia.
As part of the upgraded on-line portal, partners will have access to a powerful Analytics tool, which will give instantaneousaccess to all Caliper data such as trait scores, behaviour scores, job family scores and even a team analysis scores. Reports can be selected at point of origin to cover a wide range of roles – Sales, Management, Service, Technical or Administration in either a Selection format or Development format.
