Dr. Garrett spoke about the common perception of Wharton being a finance school. “Wharton is a highly research-driven institution,” he said. “It is the emphasis we give to data and analytics which makes Wharton great not only in finance but other programs as well. We have the best undergraduate programs & largest PHD program compared to any other business school in the world.”

Dr. Garrett finally focused on the Global Conversation Tour as an important way to engage alumni. “There is a lot to gain from such tours as it provides me with a chance to meet our phenomenal alumni such as Sanjay Govil and take back the knowledge in order to make The Wharton School a better place.”
