Dr.Sudhir Sakhuja took over as the Dean of JK Business School

Renowned academic, industry professional and the winner of the Vishisht Seva Medal (VSM) awarded by the President of India for excellence in crisis communication – 2009, Dr. Sudhir Sakhuja took over as the Dean of JK Business School.

Dr. Sakhuja has been an industry leader himself with over five years of experience in handling public relations and national media at a senior level with the Government of India at New Delhi. He also has around 12 years of cumulative experience in academics, both in the Defence Forces (four years) and in reputable communication and management schools.

A PhD in Management (communication related) from Institute of Management Studies, Indore, Dr. Sakhuja is also a renowned researcher having published over 70 papers and articles in Service Journals and leading national dailies. His prolific research experience will be a huge asset to the institute that also focuses on building these skills amongst its students.

Some of the important positions held by Dr. Sakhuja include Professor and Joint Director at Manipal Institute of Communication and Manipal Institute of Management. He has also been a visiting faculty at colleges, including Delhi University, IIMC, Amity University and the United Nations Peace Keeping Institute.
