Gaursons Welfare Association a CSR arm of Gaursons India Ltd. improved infrastructure facility by donating school furniture, school bags, geometry box to children and items related to toilet hygiene at the school located in village Haibatpur (Greater Noida West). Today the District Magistrate of Gautam Budh Nagar Shri NP Singh presented the above mention things to the school along with Mr. Manoj Gaur, MD, Gaursons India Ltd. in the program. Prior to the event the District Magistrate also distributed free solar lanterns to the labors working at Gaur Sportswood at Sector 79 Noida.
Manoj Gaur, MD Gaursons India Ltd said at the event, ”We are aware of our corporate social responsibilities and strive hard to give back to society. Primary education is the key element that shapes the future of every individual that is why we have adopted the school by giving them a better basic infrastructure. We would be further developing sports infrastructure for Wrestling, Vollyball and Kabaddi. To promote the healthy lifestyle for villagers we would also build a jogging track in school premises. In future also our welfare association will continue to do such work for sustainable development”.
The contribution to school and distribution of solar lanterns is a part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative of Gaursons India Ltd. where the company seeks to give back to the society and help the underprivileged people of the society.
