New York, May 11, 2018: Genpact Limited (NYSE: G), a global professional services
firm focused on delivering digital transformation for clients, announced that its Board of
Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.075 per common share for the second quarter of 2018. The dividend is payable on June 20, 2018 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 8, 2018. The declaration of any future dividends will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
