Noida Dec 18, 2014: Friends heaven sports foundation had organized its 4th Gramin Cricket T-20 Tournament in Greater Noida Stadium, Greater Noida. The tournament has been inaugurated by Mr. Rajesh Yadav, SDM, Dadri, Gautam Buddh Nagar and Mr. Prithvi Raj Kasana, MD of Morpheus Group on 18 November 2014. There were 16 teams from different villages of Gautam Buddh Nagar who had participated in the tournament. On 2nd of December the final match has played between Tugalpur and Sirsa Village. Sirsa, after winning the toss, decided to bat first and set the target of 144 runs in the allotted 20 overs with a loss of 5 wickets. Tugalpur team chased the score of 144 in 14 overs easily. Sunder khan played a tremendous inning by hitting 71 runs. The opening bats man Sachin chechi contributed his 50 runs to win the one sided match. Tugalpur won the match by 9 wickets in 14 overs.
In the price distribution ceremony Mr. Prithvi Raj Kasana has given the cheque of Rs.51 thousand and a medal to the captain of winner team Mr. Sunder Khan, Tugalpur Village. Sirsa Village team had been awarded by the cheque of Rs.31 thousand and a medal.
