Bangalore February 28,2014:- Vijayakumar V has been elected president of Karnataka State Plastic Assocation (KSPA) for the year 2014-15.
The other office bearers are Suresh N Sagar (secretary), A Chandrasheakara (treasurer) and P V Rajarathnam (joint secretary).
