Madurai March 10, 2014 : Efforts to enhance trade between the US and Madurai got an impetus, with a top level delegation from the US Embassy in New Delhi and the Consulate in Chennai, showcasing the investment opportunities and collaboration prospects between the US and Indian companies, at a meet ‘Access America’, here.
Addressing the chamber members, John M McCaslin, Counsellor for Commercial Affairs and Senior Commercial Officer in the US Embassy, New Delhi, expressedhappiness to see the progress made by Madurai, especially the international airportThe effort now is to bring together the US companies and the business community in Madurai, he said and assured to help them invest in the US. The US Embassy will be holding an American Business Corner conference in New Delhi soon.
