Pooja Sawant has also bagged the Dadasaheb Phalke Excellence Awards 2018 lately for her contribution to the Marathi Cinema as the Best Actress (Female), which honours the individuals from the entertainment industry for their outstanding contribution towards the growth and development of cinema and/or television.
