Kochi, October 06, 2013: The Kerala State Small Industries Association (KSSIA), under the flagship India SME Forum series, will host a seminar on ‘Secrets of Success for Small and Medium Business’ at Hotel Taj Gateway on Friday.
Sushma Morthania, director-general of the India SME Forum, said the programme lists eminent speakers, senior executives from several NBFC’s, banks, technology companies, stock exchanges, marketing and branding and others who are converging together to share their experience and to interact with and help SMEs in their search for the pathway to success.
The objective of the forum is to bring the small and medium entrepreneurs on a knowledge-sharing platform with experts and mentors and support them to grow in their line of business.
All progressive and smart entrepreneurs/SMEs in Kochi should make use of the opportunity to take full benefit of the platform which is being offered at no cost to eligible SMEs, said the organisers.
The Micro Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) sector in India is essential to achieving the targeted growth rate of our nation.
This sector opens a window of opportunities to nurture budding entrepreneurs and incubate innovation at its most rudimentary level.
A growth in the SME sector not only ensures industrialisation in backward areas, but also indicates a more equitable return from future growth perspective.
There will be a networking session that enables delegates to interact face to face with mentors to seek guidance and information on an individual basis.
Those who wish to attend the programme can register at phone no -080806 61661 or register directly at the Forum, on a first come first serve basis. — The Indian Express
