Most Innovative Launch of Snapchat for Viviana Mall, by White Rivers Digital

Mumbai, Jan 16, 2015 : Viviana Mall, One of India’s largest malls, spread over an area of 1 million sq. ft., announced today the launch of Snapchat, one of the fastest growing applications in the world of social media. By partnering with White Rivers Digital, this new social vehicle will enable Viviana mall to cater to its young and digitally-savvy visitors by engaging and encouraging them to and share their experiences and moments using pictures.

Conceptualized by Team White Rivers Digital, an innovative activation was carried out at the mall to launch the brand on the new Social Platform, Snapchat. The app was launched on the day of the Christmas via a Treasure Hunt and the entire game;including clues, tasks, team management was carried out on Snapchat.

White Rivers Digital, having established themselves in the retail and entertainment space have been managing the digital duties of Viviana Mall on all Social Media platforms.

As the concept suggests, Snapchat is an interesting and engaging app where users communicate through snaps (images). A one of its kind activity was needed to launch the app with much needed hype. The Christmas Treasure hunt organized for the same was a unique mélange of entertainment, engagement and information. The strategy was to mainly focus on generating necessary buzz around Snapchat, intriguing the users via clues and tasks communicated by the app, innovatively.
