OIA Global Wins 2016 Dieline Award for Nike Sport Ball Packaging Redesign

Portland, May 27, 2016: OIA Global, a leading logistics, packaging and material sourcing provider, announced today their first place selection for the 2016 Dieline Award in the category of Games, Toys, Sports and Recreational. Richard Fan, OIA’s Senior Structural Designer who created the innovative packaging for the Sport Ball Project, pointed out that packaging for athletic and outdoor equipment is a very mature category. “Nike Equipment issued us quite a challenge to develop a sustainable, efficient and cutting edge package that would be disruptive to the marketplace in the best way possible, and continue their reputation for innovation,” Fan stated.
