Startups running different campaigns for Net Neutrality support against http://internet.org/

After Indian Web and media companies Cleartrip (http://www.cleartrip.com/ , NDTV (http://www.ndtv.com/) , Newshunt (http://newshunt.com/ ) and the Times Group (http://timesgroupcorp.com/)announced that they are pulling out of Facebook’s Internet.org ( http://internet.org/ ) service. Lot of startups are running a campaign to save the internet. Youth today exactly knows how to get their voice heard. From voicing against the inhuman acts like rape to now boycotting Facebook for a day to condemn an extreme violation of net neutrality.

This would be one another repeat telecast of unity, which we saw the last at Connaught Place’s candle march for Nirbhaya. But this would be an online mass boycott. The thought is led by www.Smartxprix.com (http://www.smartxprix.com/ )and apparently their Facebook shows MORE THAN 25,000 supporters with over 1.5 lakh people expected to join THE CAUSE and shutting their facebook accounts on 24th of this month. Many startups are running a campaign against violation of Net Neutrality like housing.com (http://housing.com/), smartprix.com (http://www.smartprix.com/) and others.
