New Delhi, February 24, 2019: INCREDIBLE ART & CULTURE FOUNDATION (IAC) Organising “Anubhati” an exhibition of photographers and artists from saturday, 16th february 2019, to Monday, 18th February at gallery 1, twin gallery, Indira Gandhi National Center For the Arts (IGNCA), New Delhi. The exhibition will celebrate some mesmerizing captures by artists who have expressed an intriguing array of lights and colors. The Hon’ble Guests will be Dr. Harsh Vardhan (Union Minister For science& Technology, Earth Sciences and Envoirement and climate change) and Dr. Mahesh Sharma, Hon’ble MOS, (Independent Charge), Ministry Of Culture, Ministry Of Envoirement, Forest and climate Change.
