Bangalore, August 16,2019 : Prestige Misty Waters, Hebbal celebrated the 73rd Independence Day with gusto and fervour. The event saw a great response with over 400 residents participating in the various functions. Shri Vijay Kumar Gogi, IFS Principal Secretary (Ecology& Environment), Govt of Karnataka graced the occasion with the unfurling of the flag this was followed by the national anthem and classical dance performances by kids.
Kids dressed as Freedom Fighters and Visionary leaders of India gave us a glimpse into the past while the Fusion Dance performances on patriotic numbers enthralled the audience with a peek into the future. A Drawing Competition with the theme ‘Future of India’ was also organized and the children’s’ thought process leads us to believe that the Future of India is in safe hands.
