New Delhi, November  07, 2019: QuEST Global Services was honored by the American Payroll Association (APA) with the PRISM award for payroll best practices in the area of processes on November 5 in Mesa, Arizona. It received the award in recognition of its transition from manual payroll processes to automated processes.

After QuEST Global Services realized the majority of its processes were manual, the payroll department created seven new communication based robotic process automations (RPAs) that decreased the amount of payroll-related reminder emails sent. With the implementation of the RPAs, the company saves around 200 man hours per year. In addition, after seeing the success of the new process in the payroll department, other departments in the company followed suit.

“QuEST Global Services effectively demonstrates how implementing new automated processes can save the payroll department time and money,” said Dan Maddux, executive director of the APA. “Their efforts had a far-reaching impact on the entire company, which made them stand out the be a recipient of a PRISM award.”

The PRISM awards recognize companies that lead the payroll industry with innovative practices in the areas of technology, management, process improvement and overall best practices. The APA presented the awards at its 2019 Payroll Leaders Conference, November 4-6, in Mesa, Arizona.
