In a career spanning 25 years, Rochelle has been instrumental in the setting up of the Streax Professional Division. Rochelle began her career at HRI by setting up a testing laboratory where all raw materials and finished products were rigorously tested in-house. During her tenure at the company, she developed and launched a dynamic line of hair colours and various care and treatment products under the Streax Professional range of salons, which cemented the brand’s positioning across strategic markets. She has also overhauled HRI’s hair care product portfolio by focusing on innovation through cutting- edge R&D technology.
Rochelle’s business goals are aligned with her keen interest in understanding the changing hair colour needs of the modern Indian woman. She is also passionate about setting up a high- level technical academy to expand the influence of HRI in the field of cosmetics and hair care. The academy will work with industry experts who will impart their world-class expertise to train professionals.
To keep up with the trends in the hair care business, she also trains technicians, creates education modules, and educates salon partners through workshops, seminars and master classes.
Rochelle holds a B. Pharma degree and mastered the art by pursuing a course in Trichology. She actively supports social causes such as caring for the elderly and educating underprivileged children, through the HRI Foundation.
