SOIL Gurgaon hosts the 4th Graduation Day for Emerging Leader Booster Program

SOIL’s ELBP program saw the presence of professionals from ACC, VE Commercial Vehicles, Indus Towers, Mahindra, Schneider and ICICI Bank

Gurgaon, July 13, 2015: School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL), Gurgaon, today celebrated the Graduation Day of its 4th batch of Emerging Leader Booster Program (ELBP) at the School’s campus in Gurgaon. The Chief Guest on the occasion was Ashish Gupta, Global COO, BU Head Financial Services, Chair of the innovation Council, Evalueservewho awarded Graduation Certificates to the students of ELBP Class of 2015. Also gracing the occasion were several industry leaders, participant supervisors, project sponsors and HR leaders from the participating companies.

Addressing the graduating class in Gurgaon, Mr. Ashish Gupta said, ” Educational Institutes like SOIL help increase the tempo, quality of students’ lives and help them to address challenges of their life in a better manner. One should focus on being a job giver rather than being a job seeker.””

A consortium based program, the fourth batch of ELBP had mid-level leaders from of some of the most admired organizations in the country, such as Schneider India, VE Commercial Vehicles, Indus Towers, ACC< Mahindra & Mahindra and ICICI Bank. Sumit Mukherjee (Indus Towers), Mohammed Kabir (Indus Towers) and Anirvan Banerjee (VE Commercial Vehicles) stood in the top 20% of the class and were included in the prestigious Founder’s List of SOIL. Rahul Godse (ICICI Bank) was awarded the Inspired Leader award for displaying the SOIL Values (Mindfulness, Ethics, Sustainability, Compassion and Diversity) and a mature and balanced approach in and beyond the classroom.
