Standard Chartered Moves to Delhi for South Asia Golf Tournament The tournament will play host to corporate leaders and industry captains

Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, Thursday, April 04, 2013 — (Business Wire India) — After a successful inaugural edition of Standard Chartered South Asia Golf Tournament played over two days at Aamby Valley Golf Resort, Lonavala and Oxford Golf and Country Club, Pune, the tournament will now move to the Greg Norman designed par 72 championship course of Jaypee greens Golf Resort.

The Delhi Leg of the tournament will get underway on April 6th and 7th and will play host to leading corporate leaders and industry captains from around the sub continent. Captains of the corporate world from Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal and around India will come together for this nascent fixture on the golfing calendar.

The 110 players consisting of various corporate dignitaries will compete in the Stableford points format over 18 holes on the first day in three handicap categories to determine the Corporate Champions of South Asia. The second day will see a friendly format, played over 18 holes. Live scoring and a number of skill contests such as longest drive, closest to pin, straightest drive etc will keep the interest factor high.
