Mumbai, August 17, 2019: A Maharashtra Flood Relief Rally was successfully organised from the Children Welfare Centre School, Yari Road to Seven Bungalows and Versova in Andheri, on the initiative of Ajay Kaul, General Secretary of social outfit “Ekata Manch” on Wednesday at 14 August 2019.Thousands of people associated with social organisations, college students and residents participated in the rally.
On the occasion Ajay Kaul said that lakhs of people and a sizable number of villages have been affected by the floods in Maharashtra and affected people expect relief. On such occasion it is our moral responsibility to extend helping hand to them. Today, most of the people are engaged in trade, jobs and other occupations in Mumbai, the capital of Maharashtra. As such we must think about the affected people of Maharashtra and help them in these hours of difficulties. Hence, each one of us should whole heartedly help them. We are also trying to fulfil our responsibility from our side.
