
After going through multiple agency pitches, NeoNiche won the mandate to deliver a royal and commemorative experience to the 321 meritorious business heads. The idea was to carry forward the opulence and celebratory feel through multiple touch points during the entire course of the event. An event identity was created through customised logos, branding, creative communication and other elements for an immersive experience. The Sultans were given a royal treatment right from their entry to their exit. Dedicated event branded check-in counters, collector’s items like 24 carat gold printed mugs and personalised scrolls were used to interact with the clients at different phases. At the venue, the pre function area was adorned in various elements like imperial superstructures and photo booths with props like the royal throne, crown and robe. The set up consisted of a grand stage with elegant décor carvings. NoNiche also created 2 videos to celebrate the ownership culture at HDFC Bank and motivational video for the Sultans. The winners were awarded with customised trophies in the shape of a diadem, done in metal and velvet and studded with beautiful stones. The bank’s internal talent pool was used for entertainment options. The evening culminated in a cocktail and dinner session.
