“We are seeing an increasing amount of change in the world – socio-political change, competitive disruption, technology advancement, and changing talent expectations – which is impacting on organisations, and particularly employees within organisations. This is creating a sense of urgency for organisations in thinking about how they respond to these changes to attract, engage and retain key talent. Critically, the impact on employees is uneven depending on how organisations respond, with high performing organisations – those with the strongest employee engagement – really focusing their efforts on creating an agile mind-set and working environment, led by engaging leaders, who have a magical focus on their talent. We are delighted to again to recognise Teleperformance India as one of Aon’s Best Employers and, given the tremendous amount of change in the world, it is all the more remarkable that Teleperformance India has retained its Best Employers status every year since 2014, and speaks to the efforts of Teleperformance India in creating and sustaining a culture of engagement.” said Jake Outram, Principle Consultant, Aon.
