The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the following:-
1. The appointment of Shri Saurabh Chandra, IAS(UP:78), Secretary, Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Ministry of Commerce and Industry as Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas vice Shri Vivek Rae, IAS(UT:78), on his retirement on 28.02.2014.
2. The assignment of additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice to Ms.Sneh Lata Kumar, IAS(MP:79), Secretary, Department of Border Management, Ministry of Home Affairs during the period of absence on leave of Ms.Anita Kaul (KN:79) from 22.02.2014 to 09.03.2014
