New Delhi, March 09, 2019 – The Road Trips Co. (RTC), the biggest pan-India community for road travel will be visiting Sheroes Hangout, a café run by women who have fought to survive and redeem themselves after being a victim of acid attacks. This trip will not only be to honour these bravehearts this Women’s Day but also raise awareness on this cause. Speaking about the initiative, Lakshmi Gautham who is the drive captain said, “I have been driving/ riding on the road for over four Years, and have been a part of the RTC Community since the inception of the Delhi chapter last year. I am very excited and looking forward to leading this drive contingent to the Sheroes café in Agra on the occasion of women’s day and help the community in their drive of spreading the #stopacidattack message. RTC Delhi wants more and more like-minded people to join this community and especially women, and I want to be an example for all those women who like travelling but are wary for various reasons ranging from security to logistics. I urge you all to join and have an amazing drive and partake in the session – “Why you just can’t give up – wholeheartedly.”

We look forward to the support of everyone out there for our initiatives and look forward for to spending more time with RTC Delhi and welcoming them and all their other chapters to our café at Agra and Lucknow.”
