With this endeavor, Viviana became the first Indian mall to open a Computer Knowledge Center for the visually impaired. The resource center is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and also offerstraining facilities for the visually impaired. Thisadvocacy center focuses on the holistic development of the visually challenged, supporting them to lead an independent life without any limitations.

Apart from the resource center, Viviana Mall has also launched various accessibility solutions for the visually impaired such as audio tactile-labeling systems, audio-tactile floor plans and audio-tactile/accessible menu cards at all its retail outlets in Viviana Mall helping them to provide a complete mall and shopping experience.
