Mumbai, July 29, 2020: In pursuit of the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi’s mission to create an “Atmanirbhar Bharat App Ecosystem,” Yantramatic eServices Pvt. Ltd. has launched ‘MobiAttendance’– a mobile application (app) designed and developed completely indigenously.
With this app, over 6 crore MSMEs and large companies from private and public large sector will be able to achieve 100% employee output in the backdrop of social distancing, no-contact offices and remote working becoming the ‘New Normal’ during and post-COVID-19 period.
The app is a location-based, contact-less attendance system, which enables both regular staff and those working out of remote locations to mark their attendance on their own mobile handsets from anywhere and on the go.
For employers, the app makes it possible for them to remotely organise and manage their team members based anywhere in the world and get full output from all employees at a click of a button and from anywhere and anytime.
According to Mr. Ashok Bhandula, Founder & CEO, Yantramatic eServices Pvt. Ltd., “The COVID-19 crisis has altered every established workplace-related norm and practice. Companies struggle to track and manage attendance and job reporting of employees who are in other locations or client locations, and this will become a bigger problem as most employees will have to work from out of office due to COVID-19. Further, with the need to create contactless offices, the biometric attendance systems installed by companies will also become redundant. Video meetings have already become very important and a common practice and this will also continue to grow. The MobiAttendance App facilitates all the above needs of companies related to team building, employee attendance, job reporting and task management very effectively from a single hand-held device and anytime and from anywhere.”
Mr. Bhandula added that Yantramatic eServices was looking at achieving 20,000 subscriptions in a year in India. Also, the company is all set to launch the app in Myanmar and Rwanda within this month. “We have already signed the memorandum of understandings (MoUs) with our promoting partners in these countries,” he said.
Main Features of the App:
For employers/HR: With the App, the employer or HR function of a company can manage and view attendance of regular office staff, staff posted in other offices or global offices, and staff reporting to remote locations or ongoing sites.
The app is also able to track the exact location of employees at exact time and detect anomalies in reporting time, end time or place of reporting, which allows employers to determine if there is theft of work time and take action accordingly.
It enables employers to remotely assign or reassign jobs on need basis. The task management feature can be used for employees working from home and even during video meetings to assign or reassign tasks. HR function or the employee can also manage leave record of all employees from a single window. The employers will also be able to view various customised reports on all their employees based in any location from a single-window on their mobile phones. Owner or managers can also view and change team structure and organisation hierarchy anytime. All this can be done remotely and while on the go.
For employees: The app is a location-based, contact-less attendance system, which enables both regular staff and those working out of remote locations to mark their attendance on their own mobile handsets.
