This module has been made available on both the mobile and web platforms. It has been specifically designed to test behavioral and functional skills of an individual within 15 min – in order to make the hiring process convenient and transparent by achieving perfect match of skills with job requirements.
A unique feature of this assessment module is a series of targeted questions gauging a candidate’s behavioral responses to situations or tasks. This feature will now enable employers to know a candidate’s dedication, memory, ability to interact and IQ prior to making the decision on whether to select anyone for an interview. The other aspect is a functional skills test to measure the proficiency in computers, typing, city awareness, MS-Office and all those skills required in the functional area of their choosing. The rating of a particular candidate depends upon several parameters, taking into account information about skills, educational qualifications and prior experience submitted by a job seeker at the time of assessment, as well as industry set benchmarks for specific functional areas.
This score is beneficial not only to an employer but also to a job seeker. The scores gives a clear idea of which functional area one is most suitable for, as well as the additional skills one needs to inculcate through training to have a higher value in the job market.
Apart from this, the option to undergo a video assessment in the Job Search mobile app where one can give assessments on the go, promises to be a popular feature among candidates. This will be particularly helpful for those who aren’t able to visit assessment centers either due to distance issues or scarcity of time.
