Mumbai, January 05, 2016: Clover Infotech, a leading IT Services company, recently hosted its first knowledge series, ‘The Leap’, as a platform to help its partners and clients to ‘stay on current’. The insightful forum showcased Clover Infotech’s competences to empower its customers through Oracle’s updated versions for E-Business suite (EBS) of applications – Oracle 12.2.3 and Oracle 12c. The event saw attendance from a diverse list of clients from banking, financial services, IT and ITes companies, manufacturing, shipping and logistics.
The first session, ‘LEAP INTO ORACLE EBS 12.2.3’, was delivered by Deepesh Upadhye, VP – Technology, Clover Infotech and Satyajit Pujari, Practice Head – Oracle EBS at Clover Infotech. The session emphasized the importance of moving to Oracle EBS 12.2.3 and its advantages. The speakers enlightened the audience on key areas such as enhanced application architecture, fusion compliance, functional features, test automation, simplified application management suite, online patching and support timelines as well as the importance of Weblogic server in Oracle 12.2.3. The audience also enjoyed an interesting session by one of our OEM partners on Cloud ERP.
The final session was on ‘LEAP INTO ORACLE 12C’ – the first database designed for the Cloud. The speakers spoke about Oracle Database 12c and its new multitenant architecture. They also covered significant aspects of deploying Oracle 12c such as reduced TCO, improved resource utilization, enhanced service management and also talked on its important features. The audience posted some very interesting questions which the speakers answered diligently. This was followed by a networking lunch to conclude the event.
