The two part series features Olympic athletes who share what they go through when they compete and in the run-up to a big sporting event. Viewers will learn the science behind the effects of stress on the human body and how to use it to their benefit in their professional and personal lives.
Viewers will get to know about two different kinds of stress as Distress, negative stress that has physiological and psychological negative consequences and Eustress, which is positive stress that makes us more excited, motivated, happier and energetic.
