Understanding the challenges that senior citizens, women and school students face for approaching dealerships in order to get their e-bikes serviced, Hero Electric has brought a perfect solution for this problem. It is now providing service facilities right at their doorsteps, thus offering them a compelling experience. This is a one-of-its kind initiative by Hero Electric that will provide its customers, the assurance of genuineness of parts and quick resolution at the convenience of customer’s doorstep .
The procedure for availing this facility is quite simple. Senior Citizens, Women and School Student this festive season and onwards will get CITIZEN-1 Club kit comprising of C1C membership card. Members will have direct C1C number to book their Home Service Schedule. Hero Electric Technician with a valid ID card and the equipment based on the customer’s problem will visit the customer and will try the issue. If the e-bike has to be carried to the dealership for major/secondary repairs, the technician will make the arrangements for the same on a chargeable basis. Hero Electric is taking adequate steps to monitor customer satisfaction through this service by an automated system for the customer to rate the service.
The turn-around-time is 24 working hours after the customer places the call. The minimum estimated time to get the repair scheduled is within the same day. Any cancellation must be done at least 4 hours prior to the appointment. Customers can call on Hero Electric’s number from 8 am to 8 pm any day. The visiting hours of the technician is between 10:30 am to 6 pm on all working days of the connected dealership.

For home service, visit charges and part replacement, cost as applicable under the warranty policy will be charged to the customer.
