Mayflower Language Services enters into a partnership with European language service provider Summa Linguae

Bangalore September 11, 2016: Mayflower Language Services Pvt. Ltd., India’s leading language service provider has entered into a partnership with Summa Linguae (SUL), a Polish Language Service provider. The partnership sees the two LSPs take a minority stake of 25% in each other. While both the firms are already delivering growth independently, this partnership will bring dramatic acceleration. Following the transaction, Mayflower and SUL will start operating closely, coordinating their business strategies. As a result, the companies will not only generate cost and revenue synergies, but they will also expand their existing range of services in new language pairs. This partnership will be able to cater to clients with more complex needs and higher expectations.

India-based Mayflower Language Services, was established in 2003 and has been providing its services to over 1000 clients worldwide helping businesses succeed globally. Mayflower has its presence in Asia and the US.

Established in 2011, Summa Linguae is a Poland based language service provider, who is very active in Poland’s public procurement market and is also starting to gain traction with the EU’s giant tender machine.

This partnership will strengthen the operations of Mayflower and Summa Linguae while providing the ease of access for each into the European and Asia-Pacific markets respectively.
