Mobile Financial Services 101: Expert Speakers Share Advice in Interactive Workshop Held at World Class Mobile Money Event – Mobile Money Asia, 20 – 22 January, Indonesia

New Delhi, Jan 17, 2015: Mobile finance experts can learn about opportunities in the rapidly accelerating mobile financial services marketplace and network with experts at a global, interactive workshop. Mobile Money Asia, taking place 20 – 22 January in Jakarta Indonesia, is holding a ‘Mobile Financial Services 101’ workshop focusing on knowledge-sharing and collaboration.

Vice President of Amdocs, Justin Ho, will reveal insights from a recent field study of leading branchless banking networks in Indonesia in another session. He is joined by Michael Mori and Trevor Zimmer, IBGC-MasterCard Fellows from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, who will share their research profiling consumer demand for mobile financial services among low income Indonesians.

In an interactive session, Bhavana Ravindran from the Mobile Financial Services at Amdocs, leads a discussion on how Applied Product Innovation (API) methods can yield customer-centric mobile financial services offerings.

Michael Mori, The Fletcher School at Tufts University leads the final session on ‘Realising the MFS Promised Land: Designing user-centric products’. Panellists of senior representatives are set to share real examples of user centric product design methodologies for collaborating and meeting actual user needs to drive adoption and retention.
