Abu Dhabi Fabruary 19, 2014:- The Board of Directors of the Italian company Alenia Aarmicka for the aircraft industry during its meeting held in the city of Turin yesterday the resignation of Chairman of the Board, Mr. Amedeo Kaboraliti and decided to appoint Mr. Gian Carlo Grasso as the new president of the Board of Directors.
Duties include management strategies, the new president of the company owned by a group Finmeccanica, which will be responsible for coordination with the Chief Executive as well as bear all the responsibilities and powers of the former chairman.

Mr. Grasso was born in Taranto and graduated in the field of electronic engineering in 1963 from the “University degli Studi di Roma”, where, in 1971, got a qualification to teach.
