New Delhi December 9, 2013: The Corporate Affairs Ministry has ruled out any change in the proposed minimum quantum of mandatory spending by companies towards social welfare activities.
The new companies law require certain class of firms to spend at least two per cent of their three-year annual average net profit towards Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) activities.
